This goal will be measured by comparing the cost of incentive materials and fulfillment for the periods of July – December 2017 (physical incentive) and July – December 2018 (Member Choice incentive). 

ANTHEM INDIANA

PROGRAM: Health Risk Assessment

· Improve member satisfaction

OUTCOMES:

13.1% of total HRA completions were at the kiosk (Q1-Q2 2017)
Total HRA completion rates increased by 15% during the pilot (including all channels)
  • The State Medicaid Board attended a co-presentation by Anthem IN and Pursuant Health. Health plan feedback and market response suggests Pursuant HRA program was deemed innovative and provided a significant contribution to Anthem IN’s leadership in HRA completions. Withholds on HRA completion rates equal to 2% of the PMPM rate.
  • Member satisfaction increased by receiving instant rewards after completing the HRA.
