Transparency In Coverage

The following link provides MRF files to disclose in-network provider rates and out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for covered items and services. MRFs are updated monthly and indicate a date of most recent update. The purpose of the MRFs is to allow application software and analytics companies to ingest and create useful products and services that can be leveraged to manage health care costs.
